zumba!

Lately, I’ve been going to zumba classes close by!
It’s only 4 dollars a class and according to my HRM I burn around 450-600 calories a class. It’s extra tiring but really fun! Get’s me sweating good and moving.


Since I’ve yet to find a gym that is close I’m more than likely going to stick to going to going to those zumba classes(which start at 9,6,&7 everyday) or head over to a kickboxing class close by(on m,w,s 12 or 7). It’s good cardio and I can pick which class to go to depending on my work schedule.

I’ve been watching my calories and am def back on track. :)
